Joshua D. Johnson, MHA, MEP, CO-CEM®, serves as the Emergency Management Coordinator for the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office, where he oversees countywide emergency management, disaster recovery, preparedness, and regional coordination efforts. With more than two decades of experience in fire, EMS, and emergency management, he is committed to building strong partnerships, strengthening community resilience, and advancing emergency management across Colorado through collaboration, training, and professional leadership. He currently serves on the Colorado Emergency Management Association (CEMA) Board of Directors as Secretary.
