JOB SUMMARY: Under direction of the Emergency Management Director, performs administrative and technical work in the development, implementation, and coordination of the County Emergency Management Program encompassing the phases of preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery, and oversees the disaster training, exercises, and public awareness programs. Maintain emergency plans and EOC readiness. Coordinate the OEM training and exercise program.
