**While the full salary range for the Emergency Management Specialist position is $35.40 - $53.10 hourly / $73,632.00 - $110,448.00 annually, the anticipated hiring range is $35.40 - $44.24 hourly / $73,632.00 - $92,019.20 annually. Final salary DOQ.**
Candidates hired are eligible to receive a $1,500.00 sign on bonus (while grant funds are available).
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Under the general supervision of the Deputy Emergency Manager, this position will assist with the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of All-Hazards Emergency Plans. Provides support for the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) through prevention, preparedness, mitigation, response and recovery responsibilities.
